Who is a Leader?

• A leader is anyone who influences a decision.
• The size of the decision or who is deciding doesn't change a leaders role.
• A leader can be anyone, sometimes being a follower is being a leader.

• Design things to be constantly re imagined
• In order to fully explore an idea, use a group of diverse people. 
• Empathise with the customer
• Mix art and engineering.
• Can be useful in any discipline
